Mark Hayden Joins Firm as a Managing Director
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Houlihan Lokey, Inc. (NYSE: HLI), the global investment bank, today
announced that Mark Hayden has joined the firm as a Managing Director in
the Dispute Resolution Consulting practice within Financial Advisory
Services (FAS). He is based in Los Angeles.
Mr. Hayden joins from Deloitte, where he was a Partner in the Valuation
and Modeling Group, most recently serving as National Practice Leader
for its Valuation Dispute practice. Prior to Deloitte, he was a partner
in EY’s Valuation and Dispute practice. Over the course of his 24-year
career, Mr. Hayden has worked on hundreds of assignments for a broad
roster of clients, including Fortune 100 companies, middle-market
consumer products companies, private equity and debt funds, and legal
counsel representing defendants in civil litigation.

Appraiser (ASA). Mr. Hayden is also a CPA with an Accreditation in
Business Valuation (ABV) from the American Institute of CPAs.
